Ingredients:
- 500g Gourmet Beef Mince
- 1 Small Onion-finely Chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic-Crushed
- 1/4 Cup of Beef Stock
- 1/4 Cup of Tomato Paste
- 400g Can of Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano or Basil
- 375g Pkt Lasagne Sheets
- 500g Ricotta
- 1 Cup Grated Parmesan
- Salad To Serve
Method:
- Place mince in a bowl and mix in a little oil. Heat a large frying pan until hot. Crumble in half of the mince. Brown the mince, breaking up and lumps. Remove the first batch, Reheat pan & cook remaining mince then remove
- Add onion & garlic. Cook until onion is soft. Return mince & add the tomato paste, peeled tomatoes, stock, sugar & herbs. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 180’c. Alternate layers of meat suce with the lasagne sheets and half ricotta in a greased lasagne dish. Spreak top layer with sauce then with remaning ricotta mixed with the grated parmesan. Bake lasange uncovered for 30 minutes or until thouroughly hot.
- Serve with salad as desired.

- Make twice the amount needed & freeze half for an easy meal later!
