Ingredients
- 1kg diced blade steak
- 1 sliced green capsicum
- 1 sliced brown onion
- 1 stick sliced celery
- 1 diced carrot
- 1 tin diced tomatoes (400g)
- 2 diced potatoes
- 1 jar Beerenberg Slow Cooker Hungarian Beef Goulash 240ml
- 1/2 cup Beef Stock (optional)
Method
Follow these easy steps:-
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan
Brown beef and onion before adding to slow cooker with remaining ingredients, including the contents of this jar rinsed out with the beef stock
Stir to combine
Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
Serve with crusty bread, mashed potato, pasta or rice and top with sour cream and flat leaf parsley.
