African Spice Taka Tala Sauce & Marinade (300ml)
Inspired by a trip to South Africa, Grant Paech returned with a recipe and a selection of spices to create this original African-style spiced fruit sauce. Use it to:
- marinade prawns and chicken for oven or BBQ
- enhance pasta sauce, casserole or savoury mince
- spread as a pizza base
- slow cook with lamb
The recipe for this exotic product originated from a farmer in Zimbabwe. It contains an abundance of fruit and vegetables, herbs and spices.
